What are your tisanes made of?

Our Proprietary Thérapy Blend aka our signature tea base is composed of herbs known for their exceptional health benefits:

Raspberry Leaf - a good source of magnesium, calcium and antioxidants, it has been traditionally used as a remedy for pregnant and postpartum women.

Lemon Balm - an herb from the mint family, its leaves have a mild lemon aroma. In traditional medicine, it's used to improve mood and cognitive function.

Ashwagandha - also known as “Indian ginseng” and “winter cherry”, it’s one of the most important herbs in Ayurvedic medicine — helping to relieve stress, boost energy levels, and improve focus. 

Are your products hot or cold infusion tea?

They can be both! Enjoy a cup of Positivithé as a hot or cold brew tea, depending on your choice!

What is Tisane?

Also known as herbal teas, these are infusions or decoctions made from a plant other than Camellia sinensis (true tea). Tisanes are often categorised based on the part of the plant they came from, such as leaves, flowers, bark, roots, fruits, spices or seeds.

Are your teas caffeine-free?

Yes, because they are tisanes, and are made from the infusion of herbs, spices, or plant material, they are different from tea, which originates from Camellia sinensis (true tea). As such, our herbal teas are naturally caffeine free.

Are your tisanes good gift ideas for tea lovers?

Yes! Our teas are actually great ideas for tea lovers and even those who are just about to embark on their tea journey. While our tisanes don’t have caffeine (which may be something most people are used to when drinking tea), we think that they will enjoy the exciting flavours from each of our variants.

We ship all our products from our office in Singapore.

Orders will ship via our courier partners who offer Standard Shipping (2-3 Working Days).

Absolutely. At checkout, you'll be presented with standard, Same Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery options, with the corresponding rates for each.

Do you offer same day delivery gifts?

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

We ship worldwide. At checkout, the cost of international shipping is calculated using all available carriers.

Please note that customs/import duties are not included in the price and that some countries may withhold goods until they are paid. These charges are your responsibility, and we are unable to estimate or pay them on your behalf—although the shipping company may.
